Frequently asked questions.

  • There are 2 parking garages within walking distance of the venue. The first is the Waterfront Place Parking Garage which is about $2 an hour. The second is the Wharf District Parking Garage which is $0.75 an hour.

  • Yes, there is an initial deposit that is due upon signing the contract. It is 50% of your rental cost, 10% of your catering cost, plus a $150 bar fee if bar services are required for your event.

  • All clients are required to use our in-house catering, Mathess Catering Co.

  • Outside alcohol is not permitted due to our liquor license.

  • For a sit down dinner, we can accommodate up to 80 guests. For a more casual event we can accomodate up to 100.

  • Your rental includes the use of our entire space, all dinnerware, a select amount of decor, and black, blush, blue, or sage green napkins. Check the rentals tab for more information or inquire via email!
