Flour & Feed Events is a historic, thoughtfully restored venue designed for intimate weddings, showers, celebrations, and gatherings. Our space blends warmth, character, and flexibility, making it ideal for events that value atmosphere, good food, and meaningful moments.
Located in Morgantown, our venue offers a welcoming setting for events that feel personal, intentional, and well cared for.
What Your Rental Includes
Every rental at Flour & Feed Events includes:
Exclusive use of the venue during your rental period
Tables and chairs
Plates, cups, and silverware
Select in-house décor
Choice of black, blush, light blue, or sage green dinner napkins
On-site staff support during your event
Our goal is to provide a space that feels complete, comfortable, and ready to host — without requiring you to source the basics elsewhere.
Rental Time Periods
We offer the following standard rental windows:
Morning Rental: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening Rental: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday Wedding Rental: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
(Includes extended access for decorating and setup)
All setup and cleanup must take place within the rental period unless otherwise arranged.
Custom Rental Times
Custom rental times may be available on a limited basis, depending on the date and event needs.
If your event requires a different schedule, please include your requested timing when you inquire and we’ll be happy to discuss availability and options.
Guest Capacity
Up to 80 guests for seated events
Up to 120 guests for cocktail-style events
Our space works best for gatherings that prioritize comfort, flow, and connection.
Food & Beverage
All food and beverage service — including non-alcoholic and alcoholic options — is provided through the venue. Catering and bar services are customized for each event and priced per person.
This allows us to ensure a seamless experience and consistent level of service throughout your event.
Pricing & Quotes
Because each event is unique, pricing varies based on date, rental period, guest count, and selected food and beverage options.
We provide custom quotes for all events to ensure pricing accurately reflects your needs and vision.
